Content Director

About the role

As a Content Director at SAMY, you will shape the content vision and strategy for global beauty brands, turning cultural insights and trends into compelling social media ecosystems. You will work at the intersection of culture, technology, and creativity to keep brands ahead in a fast‑moving creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall content strategy and creative direction across TikTok, Reels, Instagram and other platforms.
• Translate brand objectives, cultural insights and social trends into innovative content concepts and formats.
• Oversee content development from ideation through production to final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams of creators, designers, editors and producers.
• Develop content frameworks, guidelines and best practices for cross‑market consistency.
• Identify emerging trends, creator formats and cultural opportunities to keep brands relevant.
• Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Influencer and Creative teams to deliver integrated social‑first campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading content strategy for major brands, preferably in beauty or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and cultural trends.
• Ability to work closely with clients, creators and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent creative judgment and a track record of delivering high‑quality content.
