Construction Services Coordinator

About the role

CloudHQ is looking for a Construction Services Coordinator to oversee construction activities within live tenant areas of its European data centre sites. The role requires a safety‑focused professional who can plan, communicate and execute works without disrupting ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and high‑risk work areas to identify operational impacts.
• Evaluate Method Statements and Risk Assessments for safety, environmental and noise/vibration control.
• Manage submission, tracking and approval of permits, MSRAs and other documentation via tenant platforms.
• Attend virtual and on‑site coordination meetings to define workflows and responsibilities.
• Monitor critical works on‑site, ensuring compliance with approved methods, PPE, fire safety and LOTO procedures.
• Track and report risks such as dust, vibration or temperature fluctuations to operations teams.
• Coordinate permits, access scheduling and system shutdown approvals with tenant representatives.
• Conduct joint post‑construction inspections, close outstanding items and verify infrastructure integrity before handover.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong safety awareness.
• Proven experience coordinating construction in operational environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple European locations.
• Ability to work closely with operations teams, contractors and tenant representatives.
