Construction Project Engineer / Architect (MOA)

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Engineer / Architect (MOA) to act as the Project Owner representative on corporate real‑estate programmes, including headquarters, branch offices and technical sites. Reporting to the Real Estate Department / Project Manager, you will ensure that each project meets cost, quality, schedule and operational performance targets while safeguarding the Group’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, analyse user needs and define real‑estate programmes with space allocation, performance targets and budget estimates.
• Prepare tender documentation, lead the selection of architects, project managers (MOE), engineering consultants and external advisors, and support contractual negotiations.
• Manage the design phase, ensuring compliance with budget, Group standards and integration of HVAC, IT and security requirements, as well as CSR and certification goals.
• Supervise construction activities on‑site, monitor progress, quality and schedule, resolve disputes and coordinate with internal IT and security teams.
• Oversee project handover, verify completion of corrective actions, ensure smooth transition to Facility Management and monitor the defects‑liability period.

Required profile

• Proven experience representing the project owner in corporate real‑estate or construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple internal departments (Business, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, FM) and external partners (architects, contractors, public authorities).
• Excellent understanding of cost control, quality assurance and schedule management.
