Compliance Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Compliance Analyst who will handle daily AML alerts and ensure that the French operations comply with EU and internal AML/ATF policies. The role combines investigative work, reporting, and support for stores and agents.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious transaction alerts, follow up cases, and draft SARs as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all investigations and related data.
• Produce periodic activity statistics and monitoring dashboards.
• Provide compliance guidance to stores and agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Compliance, Law, Banking or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in compliance or AML.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
• Analytical thinking and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
