About the role
Sativa Voyages is seeking motivated individuals to sell bespoke luxury travel experiences to private groups and corporate clients. This remote, commission‑only position allows you to work flexibly while earning high commissions on high‑ticket sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and existing contacts.
- Conduct consultations via phone or video to understand client preferences, budget, and travel goals.
- Design and present customized travel proposals that exceed client expectations.
- Close sales and manage client relationships throughout booking and post‑travel phases.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets, focusing on maximizing commissions from high‑value packages.
- Stay up‑to‑date with luxury travel trends and destination knowledge to provide expert advice.
Required profile
- Ambitious and results‑driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Passion for travel and experience serving high‑end clientele.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
