Clinical Data Analyst Internship

About the role

Join Sonio’s clinical team as a Clinical Data Analyst Intern and gain hands‑on experience analyzing real-world prenatal data. You will work closely with clinicians and data scientists to support the development and validation of AI‑driven solutions for fetal and maternal health.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical data using SQL and Python to support ongoing research studies.
• Define and compute statistical endpoints on cohorts of ultrasound examinations.
• Assist in preparing scientific abstracts, manuscripts, literature reviews and data summaries.
• Clean, structure and manage datasets using Python, SQL and Excel.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in improving fetal and maternal health through AI.
• Currently completing a master’s in data science, biostatistics, biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with prior data‑analysis internship experience.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods.
• Eager to learn new tools and comfortable engaging with clinical content.
• Fluent in both French and English.
