Chief of Staff – Global Brand Marketing & Sponsorship

About the role

Accor is seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff to support the SVP of Global Brand, Marketing & Sponsorship for the ALL Accor platform. This senior position sits at the heart of Accor’s transformation, helping to shape brand strategy, marketing initiatives, sponsorship ecosystems, and customer experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the SVP to define and drive strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and organizational topics.
• Structure and manage the roadmap across brand, marketing, sponsorship and customer engagement projects.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, strategic narratives and materials for leadership forums such as Codirs and steering committees.
• Act as a thought partner, synthesising complex information, framing issues and supporting decision‑making.
• Lead and coordinate transversal strategic projects, ensuring alignment across global teams and timely execution.
• Provide operational support to translate strategic ambition into concrete organizational actions.
