Chef d'Équipe Production (3x8)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to manage a crew on a 3‑shift (3x8) schedule at our industrial site in Brantôme‑en‑Périgord. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will ensure smooth operations, meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a production team during three daily shifts.
• Coordinate daily work plans, allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Track production metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and logistics to guarantee uninterrupted workflow.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate performance to the Production Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based setting.
