Business Development Specialist (12‑month contract)

About the role

Exotec is seeking a Business Development Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support the growth of its cutting‑edge robotic solutions for logistics and e‑commerce. You will work closely with partners, key accounts and the sales team to generate new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business‑development‑driven events and repeatable outreach motions.
• Leverage existing partners and prospect new customers in the logistics and intralogistics sectors.
• Maintain key account contacts and keep partners informed via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify incoming leads, assess their potential, and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide market insights and launch impactful lead‑generation campaigns.

Required profile

• Typically 3+ years of proven success in logistics products/systems, 3PL sales, or supply‑chain consulting.
• Experience in B2B sales engineering for intralogistics is a strong plus.
• Professional fluency in French is essential; strong English proficiency is highly desired.
• Motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable communicating ideas in writing and presentations.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in an energetic team environment.
