Business Development Manager – Marseille

About the role

Fresha, the AI‑powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness and self‑care industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its European team in Marseille. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus 100% on generating new business and expanding the company’s partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Prospect and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Present, demo and sell Fresha’s products and services to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market trend feedback and document all lead interactions in the CRM.
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for partners.
