Business Developer – TikTok Shop (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer to join TikTok Shop’s operations team in Paris. You will lead the acquisition of new merchants, help them onboard their products, and drive sales growth on our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new potential clients through research, networking and outreach.
• Craft and deliver persuasive pitches that showcase the benefits of TikTok Shop.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding process, addressing concerns and ensuring accurate account setup.
• Develop and execute acquisition plans with clear timelines and targets.
• Meet monthly goals for new client acquisition, product listings and sales volume.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and enhance the merchant experience.
• Stay informed about TikTok Shop’s products, competitors and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong network in beauty, fashion, FMCG or Home & Living sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet ambitious OKRs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and quick learning of new platforms.
