Business Developer / Sales Manager – Nouvelle Aquitaine

About the role

Join Holidu’s fast‑growing vacation‑rental tech team in Bordeaux as a Business Developer / Sales Manager. You will be the front‑line contact for property owners, helping them discover how Holidu can boost bookings while simplifying their workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage vacation‑rental owners (B2C) primarily through cold calling and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Track daily activities, monitor performance metrics and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Travel regularly within the Nouvelle Aquitaine region to gather market insights.
• Support onboarding of new sales colleagues and share best practices across international teams.
• Help organise events that promote Holidu and build a community of owners.

Required profile

• Highly self‑motivated with strong persuasive abilities on phone and in person.
• Positive, empathetic attitude that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
• Solution‑driven, organized and able to work responsibly.
• Near‑native French proficiency and fluent English.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Experience in sales, account management, travel industry or online business is a plus but not mandatory.
