About the role
TEKEVER is seeking a Business Developer to lead market entry and growth for its unmanned technology platforms across France. You will shape strategy, build key relationships, and drive sales in the drone, defence and surveillance sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute market entry strategy for TEKEVER platforms in France.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, turning market insights into concrete business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Lead tender preparation and submission to secure contracts.
- Represent TEKEVER at conferences, exhibitions and industry events.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM or business discipline (post‑graduate preferred).
- Proven business development experience in the drone and/or defence sector.
- Deep understanding of national or international procurement processes.
- Established professional network within the drone and defence industry.
- Strategic thinker capable of translating insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
