B2B Customer Service Apprentice – Saran, France

About the role

Join Kendo Holdings' European Distribution Center in Saran as a B2B Customer Service Apprentice. You will be the primary liaison for internal, EU, Export, and UK customers, managing their orders from receipt to delivery while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize OTIF (On‑time In‑Full) rates by balancing customer needs, inventory, allocations, product arrivals, DC capacity, and transport plans.
• Communicate product availability to customers.
• Process orders in the ERP system and transmit them to the third‑party logistics WMS.
• Coordinate picking and packing activities with the distribution center.
• Prepare shipping documentation and organize carrier transportation.
• Track shipments to final delivery locations.
• Handle claims and resolve delivery issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• BA or BS (Bac+2/+3) in logistics, international trade, or related field (preferred).
• Motivation, curiosity, adaptability, and alignment with Kendo/LVMH values.
• Highly organized, proactive problem‑solver with a sense of humor, kindness, and empathy.
