AI Transformation Intern (H/F)

About the role

ODDO is looking for an AI Transformation Intern within its Investment Banking Growth team. You will help transform sell-side businesses across Markets, Research & Sales and Corporate Finance, with a focus on data and AI. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, steering transformation programmes, engaging business teams and turning new AI and data capabilities into concrete use cases and solutions. The role is based in Paris or Frankfurt, with collaboration with international teams across Europe and Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Steer and communicate on the programme: consolidate information across workstreams, track priorities, progress, decisions and next steps, and conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and syntheses for steering committees, workshops and senior-management discussions.
• Help business teams understand how data and AI solutions fit their activities and workflows, and collect user needs and feedback.
• Translate user needs into analytics, AI use cases or functional requirements, and support testing, training and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver analyses, prototypes, tests or project outputs with business, data and technology teams, covering data analytics, visualisation, AI-enabled workflows and AI engineering.

What we offer

• Participation in key data and AI transformation projects and contribution to advanced analytics and AI.
• An international and diverse working environment.
• Collaboration with experts from many businesses and corporate functions.
• The opportunity to be recognised as a data expert.
