AI Trainer – Spanish Fluency (Remote)

About the role

Prolific is looking for native Spanish speakers from Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico or Colombia to help train an empathic AI model for its client Hume. You will engage in live video conversations that capture natural emotions, intonations and cultural nuances, providing the human context needed for next‑generation AI.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in 1‑on‑1 video calls with another participant, delivering at least 5 hours of conversation per week.
• Express authentic emotions and natural dialogue to help the AI understand sentiment and tone.
• Ensure high‑quality audio‑visual capture using a MacBook and headphones in a quiet environment.
• Highlight regional slang, idioms and cultural references specific to your Spanish dialect.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish speaker born in Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico or Colombia.
• Access to a MacBook (or equivalent) and headphones.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection and punctuality for scheduled sessions.
• Comfort speaking on camera and maintaining a natural flow of conversation.
