About the role
This trainee position supports consultants in the permanent placement divisions, focusing on finance, banking, insurance and legal recruitment.
Key responsibilities
- Support consultants with recruitment tasks and candidate sourcing.
- Search and contact potential candidates through various channels and maintain the database.
- Perform phone pre‑screenings, book interviews and occasionally join client visits.
- Gather commercial information, detect sales opportunities and manage job postings.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects such as job fairs and school presentations.
Required profile
- Master's degree.
- First experience in finance or legal matters is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, driven and able to work flexible hours.
Required skills
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Computer literate.
