About the role
Guesty is looking for a senior sales professional to drive growth in the French short‑term rental market. This fully remote position focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing SaaS contracts with property managers and hospitality businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute a territory plan to build a robust pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through local networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver value‑based pitches, and perform live product demos.
- Manage prospect communication and pipeline in Salesforce.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth hand‑off to implementation teams.
- Provide market feedback to product, marketing, and strategy teams.
- Represent Guesty at trade shows and industry gatherings.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in travel or hospitality technology.
- Proven track record of outbound sales, cold calling, and pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a competitive, results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
