About the role
Vizzia is creating its Partnerships division from scratch. As Senior Manager/Head of Partnerships & Sales you will design and launch the partnership engine that will enable the company to scale through integrators, engineering firms, and public procurement platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own a 12‑month partnership strategy with clear milestones.
- Identify, qualify and sign the five priority strategic partnerships in the first year.
- Build partner onboarding, activation and reporting processes from the ground up.
- Activate local agencies of nationally‑signed integrators and shift engineering firms from transactional to prescriptive roles.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting Vizzia’s margin.
- Transform internal teams (Sales, CS, Ops, Finance, RevOps) to be partnership‑friendly and create a transparent partner pipeline report.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a partnership or business‑development role within a highly regulated environment.
- Track record of building a partnerships function inside a scale‑up.
- Fluency with public procurement processes (CCTP, BPU, framework agreements, UGAP, VONUM).
- Builder mindset – able to create processes and teams from nothing.
- Strong commercial acumen to defend margins and create value‑based arguments.
