Retail Trainer – Western Europe

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager Western Europe and working closely with the EMEA Training Manager, you will develop and deliver training programs that enhance the performance of Saint Laurent stores across France, Monaco, the Netherlands and Belgium. The role is highly mobile, with about 80% of your time spent on‑site in stores.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out tailored training programmes aligned with brand vision and local market needs.
• Identify performance gaps with the General Manager and create action plans to boost store results.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Training Manager to produce effective training tools and e‑learning content.
• Partner with HR and Store Directors to schedule and deliver trainings, onboarding sessions and product launches.
• Champion the Saint Laurent client experience, monitor its evaluation, and implement improvements.
• Build and animate a Training Ambassadors community across stores.
• Support clienteling initiatives and integrate omnichannel tools with operations.
• Track training impact on KPIs and adjust programmes accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail with a strong business orientation.
• Deep understanding of premium client experience and retail selling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and manage projects across several countries.
• Fluent in French and English.
