About the role

This 6‑month internship (July‑December 2025) is within the Banking/Finance department, focusing on real‑estate financing. You will support a team that advises investors, sponsors, banks and financial institutions on complex financing transactions.

Key responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft documentation for financing, refinancing and restructuring deals.
Prepare security agreements, credit contracts and legal opinions.
Assist in negotiating terms with lenders, investors and sponsors.
Support the preparation of conditions precedent and the overall file management.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of obligations law, securities law and banking/financial law.
Enrolled in or holder of a third‑cycle law degree.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Motivated, innovative and commercially minded.
