Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our global product ecosystem focused on large‑scale social discovery platforms used by millions worldwide. This remote‑first role will shape product direction, define hypotheses, and drive data‑driven experimentation to boost user engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives that align with business goals.
• Define product objectives, KPIs, hypotheses and experimentation frameworks.
• Design, coordinate and evaluate A/B tests, making data‑informed rollout decisions.
• Monitor product metrics, user behaviour and performance trends to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and marketing teams to deliver product improvements.
• Research and implement new tools, technologies and optimisation approaches.
• Align cross‑functional teams around priorities and ensure clear communication.
• Present insights, results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong track record in roadmap planning.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with experience using KPIs and product metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed international teams.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer‑journey optimisation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO or Google Optimize.
• Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and web analytics tools.
• Proficiency with project‑management platforms like Jira and Confluence.
