M&A Project Manager – Corporate Development

About the role

Reporting to the M&A Director, the M&A Project Manager will support Believe’s acquisition strategy, helping to identify, evaluate and integrate target companies across the music and digital services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the deal pipeline by sourcing, qualifying and mapping potential targets aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and valuation work to assess deal attractiveness.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes, including financial, legal and tax reviews, and manage the preparation of investment memoranda.
• Draft non‑binding offers, term sheets and assist in negotiating transaction documents (SHA, SPA) with senior legal counsel.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Business, Legal, Finance, Product) to ensure strategic alignment and smooth post‑deal integration with the PMI team.

Required profile

• Graduate of a top‑tier Business or Engineering school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate M&A or transaction services.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, small‑cap environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
