Junior Web Developer – Remote AI Agent Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to work remotely on the evaluation and improvement of autonomous AI agents across multiple large language models. You will contribute to real‑world applications in health, education, daily life and more, providing technical feedback that helps shape next‑generation agentic AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear evaluation rubrics with objective pass/fail criteria for AI agents.
• Debug agent execution traces to identify failure patterns and edge‑case behaviours.
• Stress‑test agents against prompt injection, tool misuse and other security scenarios.
• Analyse production‑grade modular software architectures and multi‑turn system interactions.
• Provide high‑density technical feedback to support LLM training and improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with modular separation of concerns.
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, Java).
• Hands‑on experience with SQL databases and live, non‑mocked environments.
