Junior Data Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team and support business operations through data‑driven insights. In this entry‑level position you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze data that informs strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations that highlight key performance indicators and trends.
• Perform quantitative analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support forecasting, performance monitoring, and process optimisation.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity and analytical accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts.
• Experience using data‑visualisation software or reporting platforms.
