Junior Associate – Legal Practice

About the role

You will begin your legal career as a junior associate within one of our practice areas. The firm offers a Practice Diploma Programme and a range of development programmes to help you build technical, commercial and client‑facing skills while learning the firm’s ways of working and values.

Key responsibilities

• Apply relevant legal principles to commercial, contract and other matters and provide accurate, commercially‑focused advice.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using the firm’s sources and tools, producing high‑quality documentation.
• Develop an understanding of client business dynamics, respond promptly to client requests and adapt communication style.
• Promote the firm externally through recruitment events, CSR activities and marketing materials.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines with exceptional standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilise firm precedents, contribute to the knowledge bank and seek feedback for personal development.

Required profile

• Law graduate with a strong interest in commercial law.
• Ability to analyse issues, produce precise legal documentation and advise from the client’s perspective.
• Commitment to the firm’s values, integrity and collaborative culture.
• Eagerness to develop technical and commercial expertise through structured programmes.
