Instructor – Working at Heights (Rennes)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Instructor specialized in working at heights to join our Rennes training centre. You will enable participants to work safely in demanding environments by delivering hands‑on, realistic training that prepares them for emergency situations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality training courses following GWO standards.
• Design and run hands‑on height‑based exercises and realistic scenarios.
• Guide participants through practical safety procedures and emergency responses.
• Maintain and enforce strict safety rules throughout all sessions.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong passion for safety and teaching.
• Proactive, flexible and hands‑on attitude.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Commitment to adhere to safety protocols.

Required skills

• GWO certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with rope access or working at heights.
• Background in offshore wind, rope access, or other high‑risk industrial environments.
