As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will help build the core contract and service platform that powers Alan’s AI‑driven acquisition engine and automated renewal system, enabling seamless, real‑time insurance offers for millions of members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the contract & service stack that supports multi‑country insurance products.
• Implement AI‑powered tools that allow sales teams to generate customized quotes and contracts instantly.
• Build and optimise the automated renewal system to adjust coverage based on legal, consumption, and economic changes.
• Collaborate closely with insurance experts, business specialists, and sales teams to translate complex regulations into simple user experiences.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform across multiple regions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the product.

Required profile

• Proven experience building scalable full‑stack web applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for modelling complex business rules.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, legal, and sales teams.
• Passion for improving access to healthcare through technology.
