Full Stack Software Engineer (AI & Media Platforms)

About the role

Animaj is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to help modernise the kids‑animation pipeline with AI‑driven solutions. You will work closely with the CTO and a fast‑moving engineering team to build and scale internal tools that power content creation, publishing and audience intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines for the Audience Intelligence Platform that detect and model trends on YouTube.
• Build and operate the YouTube publishing automation system that scales video distribution across hundreds of channels.
• Create and evolve a custom media asset management system together with its supporting pipelines and automations.
• Prototype and integrate generative AI and LLM‑based workflows into internal production processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience in fast‑paced, technically demanding environments.
• Outstanding problem‑solving abilities and a “hacker” mindset – test often, ship often, stay pragmatic.
• Experience with large language models or agentic workflows is a plus.
• Strong focus on API design and application/cloud security best practices.
