French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant – Relocate to Bulgaria

About the role

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a French‑speaking Rent‑a‑Car Consultant to join its team in Bulgaria. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, guiding them through every step of the rental process while enjoying a vibrant new environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking clients with reservations, vehicle pick‑up, returns and any rental‑related inquiries.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and clearly explain rental policies.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure fleet readiness and availability.
• Stay informed about vehicle inventory, promotions and company policies to deliver accurate information.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or the car‑rental industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to a new cultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and rental‑management software.
