Founding Account Manager – Customer Success

About the role
We are seeking a founding Account Manager to shape and own the post‑sale customer success function for a fast‑growing SaaS company. In this remote‑first position you will design the end‑to‑end customer journey, from onboarding through expansion and renewal, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the post‑sale customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, activation, and renewal.
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, driving net revenue retention through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Lead renewal conversations with commercial confidence and proactively manage churn risk.
- Collaborate with enablement, product, and go‑to‑market teams to maximize adoption and value extraction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and strategy.
- Build and execute quarterly account plans to exceed retention and expansion targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar post‑sale roles within SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
- Demonstrated success in driving renewals, retention, and revenue expansion for enterprise accounts.
- Highly proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
