FinCrime Analyst (KYB) – English & French

About the role

Revolut’s Financial Crime team is looking for a FinCrime Analyst to conduct KYB due diligence and KYC checks for new business customers. You will work in a fast‑moving digital environment, collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform KYB due diligence on new business customers, following risk‑based reviews and internal policies.
• Conduct KYC checks on individuals such as directors, shareholders, and ultimate beneficial owners.
• Review incorporation and corporate documentation to verify business legitimacy.
• Collect and analyse evidence from official registries, multiple‑language documents, and trusted websites.
• Assess customers’ business activities, identify red flags, inconsistencies, and high‑risk models.
• Escalate high‑risk cases with clear rationale, supporting evidence, and recommended actions.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring decisions are audit‑ready.
• Request additional documentation from customers using advanced communication techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
• At least 2 years of experience in financial crime analysis.
• Strong understanding of money‑laundering, terrorist financing, fraud typologies, sanctions and PEP risks.
• Familiarity with investigative methodologies and analytical tools.
