Financial Crime Compliance Manager – AML/CTF

About the role

Revolut’s Financial Crime team combines regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to keep its products safe and compliant. As a Financial Crime Compliance Manager you will lead the design, implementation and oversight of the company’s AML/CTF framework, ensuring risks are identified early and controls remain effective.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and manage the financial crime and AML programme across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the group FinCrime function and senior managers to identify, assess and mitigate regulatory compliance risks.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, key risk indicators and risk appetite statements.
• Set identification and verification standards for customer onboarding and AML compliance.
• Manage the suspicious activity reporting process, both internally and to external regulators.
• Provide training and communication to staff on financial crime responsibilities.
• Support new product launches to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Work with internal compliance teams to recommend risk‑mitigation steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in financial crime, AML or related compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulation, fraud detection methodologies and emerging money‑laundering typologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to exercise oversight of AML policies, procedures and control arrangements.
