Europe Retail Education Manager – Retail Teams Development

About the role

Dior is looking for a Europe Retail Education Manager to lead the development of retail teams across 22 European markets. Based in Paris, you will design, adapt and deliver training programmes for Retail Managers and Boutique Managers in both boutique and wholesale environments, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt training content covering sales techniques, client experience, storytelling, performance and leadership management.
• Deploy coherent training paths aligned with the Europe Retail & Client Experience strategy.
• Animate and coordinate the Europe community of trainers through in‑person and remote seminars, regional workshops and “train‑the‑trainer” sessions.
• Lead training and onboarding sessions in English and French for flagship stores, both onsite and digitally.
• Support the launch of new retail concepts or programmes in key markets.
• Serve as a coach and business reference, embedding Dior culture in the field.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Retail and HR departments to align training with global objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering retail training programmes.
• Ability to travel across Europe (approximately 30% of the time).
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Capacity to work with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
