Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Insights Analyst to join our fully remote team. This entry‑level position will turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic growth across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal and external sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
• Support forecasting, performance analysis, and ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Document analytical methodologies and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Degree or studies in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT or a related field (preferred but not required).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
