Customer Care Representative (French) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join TalentWorldGroup’s remote team supporting a mobile phone rental service in France. The role involves handling inbound calls, answering questions about rentals, and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for users.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls related to mobile phone rentals and services.
• Provide clear, courteous, and professional information to users.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while following internal procedures.
• Document each interaction accurately in the company system.
• Maintain high service quality standards throughout the workday.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) communication skills.
• Previous experience in inbound customer support.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Available Monday‑Friday, 3–4 hours per day within 09:00‑18:00 CEST.

Required skills

• Stable wired (LAN) internet connection.
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum 1.8 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
• USB headset for calls.
