Country Sales Director – France

About the role
As a member of the country leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth for IWG in France. You will lead the development and execution of the country sales plan, act as a brand ambassador, and collaborate closely with marketing and group teams to ensure market‑relevant solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise revenues by converting sales leads and expanding business across multiple IWG brands.
- Develop, implement and monitor the country sales plan aligned with local market conditions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and explore new channel opportunities.
- Maintain competitive pricing by understanding local market dynamics.
- Network with the French business community to gather market intelligence and generate leads.
- Lead, motivate and develop the local sales team, providing resources and training as needed.
- Collaborate with Group teams to keep sales tools up‑to‑date and relevant.
Required profile
- Senior B2B solution/service sales and business development experience.
- Proven track record of consistently growing top‑line sales month over month.
- Strong networking ability within business communities to generate new leads.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious and capable of working independently in a fast‑growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build high‑level business relationships.
