About the role

This 6‑month internship (January to June 2027) is within the Corporate Real Estate & Environment department of a global law firm. You will support a team handling both private and public law matters related to real estate transactions, financing, leasing, environmental remediation and urban planning.

Key responsibilities

Conduct legal research in real estate and environmental law.
Assist in drafting legal opinions, contracts and bilingual (French/English) documentation.
Support acquisition and disposal transactions, including audit reports and contractual documentation.
Help senior lawyers and associates with day‑to‑day case management.

Required profile

Law student (Master 2 level) with a focus on real estate or environmental law.
Strong academic background, preferably with double qualifications (e.g., business school, LLM) and good command of English.

Required skills

Legal research and analysis.
Drafting of legal opinions and contracts in French and English.
