About the role
TEKsystems is seeking an Account Manager to join its fast‑growing IT Services and Talent Management team. In this role you will become the trusted advisor for clients in your territory, driving new business and expanding existing relationships while collaborating closely with internal recruiters.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Partner with internal talent delivery teams to source, screen, and onboard candidates for client openings.
- Provide insight and differentiation to clients, positioning TEKsystems as a strategic hiring partner.
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Stay up‑to‑date on market trends to advise clients on talent strategies.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in recruitment sales and account management.
- Proven ability to plan and execute business development strategies.
- Strong performance‑driven mindset with a competitive spirit.
- Excellent networking and communication skills, both virtual and in‑person.
Required skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
