Strategic Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager you will own the success of French‑speaking enterprise accounts across Europe. You will partner with sales and product teams to educate clients on Synthesia’s AI video platform, drive adoption, and build long‑term relationships that generate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with C‑suite and key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
• Lead onboarding, training, and regular check‑ins to ensure customers achieve ROI and see value.
• Collaborate with sales to design a seamless onboarding experience for new users.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities, forecast revenue, and manage a book of business against KPIs.
• Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform to demonstrate capabilities.
• Drive retention and expansion of enterprise clients through strategic account planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management within B2B SaaS.
• Track record of managing a book of business, forecasting, and delivering growth.
• Ability to conduct business‑level and technical conversations, including with C‑suite executives.
• Strong onboarding and relationship‑building skills during the critical first months.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Paris and able to work on‑site 1‑2 days per week.
