Startup Partnerships Lead – France & Southern Europe

About the role

We are seeking a builder‑minded Startup Partnerships lead to drive the adoption of Anthropic’s Claude AI platform across France and the broader Southern European startup ecosystem. You will design and execute go‑to‑market programmes that enable AI‑native startups to access and build with Claude, while forging strong relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators and top founders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a startup GTM strategy for France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and other Southern European markets, prioritising high‑growth AI‑native startups.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with leading French and Southern European VC funds and accelerators, negotiating terms and delivering exclusive benefits to portfolio companies.
• Create and launch startup‑focused offerings, credit programmes and growth initiatives in collaboration with ecosystems such as Station F.
• Build and maintain an analytics infrastructure, designing dashboards and using data‑driven insights to optimise programmes and measure ROI.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Builder‑mindset with a track record of working closely with founders and VC communities.
• Hands‑on experience analysing data, building dashboards and using AI‑assisted tooling.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to design scalable partnership programmes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a trusted AI advisor.
