Software Engineer Internship – 6 months

About the role

Join Alan’s engineering team in Paris for a six‑month, end‑of‑studies internship. You will work on the core infrastructure, interfaces and applications that power Alan’s prevention‑focused health insurance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.
• Build and enhance frontend features with React and React Native.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user‑centric solutions.
• Deploy code to production and monitor its performance for real users.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final year of a Master’s program, available for a six‑month internship starting H2 2026.
• Previous coding experience through internships or side projects, with at least one production deployment.
• Willingness to work with Python and JavaScript (no prior expertise required).
• Passionate about building products, self‑starting, humble and collaborative.
• Fluent in English; French not required.
