Senior Revenue Operations Lead

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in preventive health insurance and needs a senior professional to drive revenue operations across its sales organization. You will join the Sales Effectiveness team and own initiatives that improve sales efficiency, reduce customer acquisition cost, and scale the business in France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for sales effectiveness initiatives from strategy to adoption.
• Identify gaps in sales processes by working directly with Account Executives, BDRs, and Customer Success teams.
• Design and implement smarter, automated workflows using low‑code tools and AI.
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new technologies that boost sales productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to align on metrics and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue operations or sales effectiveness at a fast‑growing company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, high‑impact environment.
• Hands‑on attitude, capable of owning projects end‑to‑end.
