Senior Charter Broker – Business Aviation Sales

About the role

Luxaviation ONE is seeking an experienced Senior Charter Broker to expand its high‑net‑worth and corporate client portfolio across Europe and international markets. Based in Paris with the possibility of remote work, you will manage the full charter lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, premium experience for VIP customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of VIP, UHNWI and corporate clients in multiple markets.
• Generate new charter opportunities through prospecting, networking and targeted campaigns.
• Prepare customized commercial offers, negotiate contracts and oversee pricing.
• Coordinate complete flight organization – aircraft selection, itinerary planning, client briefings and liaison with operations and suppliers.
• Deliver on‑time service from inquiry to post‑flight feedback, including VIP meet‑and‑greet when required.
• Manage invoicing, payment collection and financial follow‑up for assigned flights.
• Represent Luxaviation at industry events and support broader business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business‑aviation charter sales.
• Deep knowledge of aircraft types, performance characteristics and operational constraints.
• Established network of international high‑net‑worth and corporate clients.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
