Sales Planning & Strategy

About the role

Alan is looking for a Sales Planning & Strategy professional to join its Business Strategy & Operations team. Based in Paris, you will help shape the company’s growth agenda and turn strategic objectives into concrete sales and account‑management plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders (CEO, CFO, Insurance Lead, Marketing Lead) to define and continuously refine Alan’s business plan.
• Analyse market segments, product performance and resource allocation to recommend acceleration or slowdown decisions.
• Prepare quarterly adjustments to the plan and support board‑level presentations.
• Translate the strategic plan into actionable sales and account‑management targets, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
• Design and maintain dashboards and forecasting models together with the data team.
• Lead strategic explorations such as new segments or distribution models and monitor execution against targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing medium to large‑scale business planning or strategy projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑growing, international environment.
