Sales & Account Manager – Modern PM & AI Business Solutions

About the role

Campana & Schott, an international management and technology consulting firm, is expanding its Paris team. The Sales & Account Manager will drive commercial growth for modern project‑management and AI‑enabled business solutions, targeting both existing clients and new accounts in the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing.
• Leverage personal network and market research to generate qualified leads.
• Develop long‑term client relationships, identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Position consulting services linked to strategic partners such as Microsoft, edison365 and OnePlan.
• Collaborate with local consultants, marketing, and senior management to tailor solutions for French customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in selling consulting services or digital solutions.
• Strong track record in new‑client acquisition, account development and complex sales.
• Comfortable engaging with decision‑makers and building lasting trust.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate the value of modern PM and AI offerings.
