Product Manager – Solutions (AI‑driven Manufacturing)

About the role

Pelico is looking for a Product Manager – Solutions to turn complex aerospace and manufacturing challenges into AI‑native, repeatable products. You will work at the intersection of customer discovery, product strategy, AI‑first workflows and go‑to‑market readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and success metrics for one or more product lines, distinguishing scalable opportunities from bespoke requests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Operations Researchers and Sales to translate operational pain points into clear product capabilities and workflows.
• Partner with enterprise customers and design partners to map workflows, constraints and KPIs, shaping pilots into scalable deployments.
• Build product narratives, demo flows and proof points with Sales and Customer Success to enable independent go‑to‑market execution.
• Anchor decisions in measurable outcomes such as operational efficiency, risk detection speed, planning quality and repeatable customer adoption.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with a track record of turning complex problems into product capabilities.
• Strong understanding of how AI agents, copilots and automation can augment expert decision‑making in large‑scale operations.
• Ability to quickly learn and map complex operational environments, identify high‑value opportunities and separate bespoke requests from repeatable product modules.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, data scientists and operations researchers, discussing data flows, system constraints and integration requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical and operational concepts to diverse stakeholders.
