People Ops & Admin HR – Apprenticeship (h/f)

About the role

Join Free2move as a People Ops & Admin HR apprentice. You will support the HR team in a fast‑growing mobility company operating in more than 170 countries. The position is hybrid, based in Paris, and offers a hands‑on experience in HR administration and people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, from posting offers to coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support onboarding activities, preparing welcome kits and facilitating new‑hire paperwork.
• Help organize training sessions, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits enrollment, and HR reporting.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant HR or business administration program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
