About the role
Our client, based in Paris 15, is seeking a Payroll and ADP Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract. The role is responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with French regulations and collective agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and process 150‑200 payrolls each month for 8 entities covering two collective agreements.
- Enter and verify variable payroll elements and ensure accurate tax and social contributions.
- Maintain payroll records, generate statutory reports and support internal mobility.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and auditors.
- Administer and optimise the ADP payroll system.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑volume payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and collective agreements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with solid organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills in French.
