Mid-Market Account Executive – Health Insurance SaaS

About the role

Alan is looking for a Mid‑Market Account Executive to join its fast‑growing sales team in France. You will be responsible for turning prospects from target industries into satisfied Alan customers, promoting the company’s prevention‑focused health insurance solution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, typically 4‑6 months.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers such as HR leaders and CEOs in companies of 30‑300 employees.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and educate prospects on Alan’s integrated insurance, prevention, and care offering.
• Collaborate with sector‑specific teams (Tech, Retail, Transport, Food & Beverage, etc.) to tailor value propositions.
• Maintain pipeline health through active field marketing and inbound lead follow‑up.
• Support onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or insurance‑related markets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable managing long sales cycles.
